This has plasticity and formability with silver-white, beautiful appearance and has much more excellent heat resistance and reflectivity than galvanized steel sheet with excellent durability in machined part so as to be used as roofing material and walls without being painted.
This is an aluminum galvanized steel sheet most ideally mixed in the ratio of aluminum and zinc. Coating composition is 55% aluminum in weight ratio (80% surface volume ratio), 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon, so that long-term corrosion resistance and heat resistance of aluminum and galvanic behavior effect of zinc may exert their characteristics most. Namely, this is a product that ideally combines both characteristics of aluminum steel sheet and galvanized steel sheet.
This has plasticity and formability with silver-white, beautiful appearance equal to the galvanized steel sheet, and the galvalume steel sheet has very little fine crack occurring on the die layer machined especially so as to be excellent in durability of machined part. Besides, the heat resistance is much more excellent than galvanized steel sheet and the heat reflectivity is 2 times more excellent than galvanized steel sheet so as to be used as roofing material and walls without painting to get energy saving effects. Galvalume steel sheets are excellent in adhesion with coating layer and paint, so ones for sign board and general use may be painted without weathering or post-treatment.

Formability

Heat resistance
The heat resistance of galvalume steel sheets is much more excellent than galvanized steel sheets and has almost similar characteristics to Al-coated steel sheets. - Galvanized steel sheets: When being used at high temperature, the recommended temperature is 230 â or less and it is discolored at 250 âÂÂ. - Galvalume steel sheets: This is not discolored even in case of being used for long time at 315 âÂÂ. Besides, this can be intermittently used up to 370 âÂÂ.
